Steve Toms ripoff, dishonest, took money no product in return, no contact from source, 100% money back guarantee a scam San Diego, CA

I purchased and paid for 4 golf machines in Jan. I was promised delivery in three to six weeks. I never recieved the equipment and I even paid additional for the shipping. I have tried at least 100 times to contact USAGOLF and Steve Toms and left numerous messages to contact me. Steve did e-mail me and told me I would recieve my money back but I still have seen nothing. I really feel this is a scam and I know I am not the only person that has gotten screwed.
I would like to see them brought to justice.
