As an addendum to our son's law enforcement and criminal justice education, we purchased for him training at Praetorian Services. He completed one course that lasted a week, I recall, with no problem.
A second course, Bail enforcement, was successfully completed later on. At the end, a certificate of completion was NEVER issued. This may not seem important, but it is the only documentation they provide that verifies the completion of the courses. The excuse given for not providing the certificate on that day was that the printer was out of ink! Another person said the printer was out of the proper high quality paper!
The certificate was never sent. Calls were placed and more excuses were given:- "J.P. Is getting married and he's really preoccupied"—" We sent it to you, so maybe we have the wrong address"—"We didn't know how to spell your name" (my personal favorite)
Each excuse was given by a different person and each was more ridiculous than the one before it. Our son's name appeared in their registration documents as well as proper address. And, this was not even the first class he had completed at Praetorian Services.
It was obvious that they were not interested in complying with a simple request and, thus, showed us what kind of business they really are.
