In October I found this company that promised to clean negative credit reporting for myself, my partner and my wife. My account is being debited over 200.00 every month and they have never contacted me, done any work and are extremely hard to even reach.
I want my money back, I want to find out what I can do to file a complaint against this company.
They had me sign a promissory note which I have the originals and the originals of the member agreement. The member agreement clearly states there is a 100% guarantee money back if they do not provide the services offered. The yearly membership for one person is 1100.00 which is what they are taking the money out for, they were paid upfront almost 500.00 per person to get the process started.
