Complaint:
I have a complaint against CMS Magazine.
On or about October I was contacted by a telemarketer with this company trying to sell me some magazines which I agreed to try and I was told that any changes in this agreement was/should be made within a 48hrs time frame I later decided against it and contacted the company with in 48hrs. I was told that this retraction was/should have been done within a 24hr period which was not according to the initial agreement however the customer service representative told me that she was going to take care of this for me this time and cancel my order.

However, I later received a magazine that was not even on the list of my personnel choice. I then contacted CMS again and the told me that they have never made a mistake and was going to send me the magazines that was on my original list I flat out disagreed stating that I had cancelled the order totally a few weeks back. I was again reassured that the magazine issue was going to stop and be cancelled.

A few weeks later my bank account was debited for these supposedly cancel issues. I contacted them again and they stated that they could not cancel these issues because I did not contact them within a 48hr window. Which I stated was a total untruth, asked to speak with a manager about the unresolved issue I was told that the manager will contact me later that evening around 5pm.
The manager did call me back, and stated VERY aggressively that I need to settle this account. I refused stating the previous and she said well I guess we dont have anything else to discuss.
After this, she hanged the phone up and the next month my account was debited again.

I contacted CMS once again and did not reach a solution, which cause me to close out my bank account in order to stop these debits. After CMS realized that my bank account was closed out, I started to receive more threating phone calls. Stating that I need to pay or settle my original agreement, which I continue to tell CMS repres

Desired Settlement: Refund
Settlement Explanation:
Stop having these negative phone calls and refund my account and not to have any of this reported as a negative on my credit history.
