When one of the represenative for Lease Finance came and talked to me about a credit card machine, he told me that the contact was for 48 month paying $69.95 a month. Then he showed me how to swipe a credit card using his card but what he didn't do was delete the transaction and our bank was charged for it and we didn't have enough in the bank to cover it, and so it came back insufficient fund.

Then I got a call from billing at Lease Finance saying that I owe them money and I would have to pay the amount or I will not be able to use the machine until I do.

I told her what had happened and she said that I still had to pay it. So I told her that if I couldn't use the machine and it wasn't my fault that the represenative didn't do it correctly then they need to pick it up. So I call Rodney the man who brought me the machine and told him what he had did and what the lady told me.

So told him to come and pick up the machine I had called him three to four time to do so. He finally sent someone out in March and picked it up the machine, but Lease Finance told me that they haven't received it and I still had to pay them since the contract was for 48 months.

Now they keep calling bothering me on the phone and they told me that I had made 14 payments on the machine which is a lie because we had to close our banking account because they were taking money out two times a months and we had to closed it because our checks for our other bills were coming back insufficient funds.

They even had the nerves to tell me that the account didn't close until March of this year, again a lie we had no choice but to closed the account not even a month and half after we had signed up with them which was in January.

I asked them to Fax me a copy of the payments that they claim I had paid them, at first they wouldn't send them now I have received them a few days ago and all of it is wrong how can you get money from an account that has been closed.

I'm very mad for being scamed like this and to think that they are getting away with it. This has to be stop before others are hurt by them like I was.
