Auto one is changing your account number with out your knowledge and if you think you traded in your car, think again. Auto one has put the reminder of the car that you traded in onto the back end of your loan. Auto one also goes by several names and is also located in different states. Found this information out on the better business bureau report. Their customer service dept is rude and will curse you out! They are threating and intimedating. They will harass you on your job and at home. You can file a report on them if they call again and you have asked them not to. The report can be filed through the attorney general's office and they will take if from there. Let's not sit back and be mistreated and robbed from. Please file papers against auto one so that something can be done about auto one.
