I looked up this site after talking with my credit card company about getting a refund from www.Southwest&more.com. I am in the process of trying to get a refund from this company and I have contacted the Pennsylvania, Texas and Florida Attorney Generals office about this matter. I ordered a piece of furniture on November 11th with the promise that it would be here in 4 to 6 weeks. It did not arrive until 16 weeks later and it was the wrong piece of furniture. I refused the furniture and was promised that I would be getting the correct piece in May. I really wanted the furniture so I waited until mid May before I demanded a refund. I was promised that I would get one in 5 business days it is now going on 10.
I was glad to see that someone else was able to fight back and get the money back hopefully I will have the same luck. I would like to thank Darlene from Texas for laying the ground work. I also would like to Thank usacomplaints.com for this web site. I will always go to your site before I buy anything online again.
