I purchased furniturenat Mor Furniture for Less because it was at a good price and it looked of good quality. When I received my furniture it was not what I had seen at the show room of their stores. It was the same model but made with a complete different material a low quality material. Their respond was "the manufacturer made a mistake we are going to contact them.' But to my surprice when I went to their warehouse to pick-up a different piece, there was a lady complaining for the same thing. Her recliner was not the same one she had ordered at the showroom. The last piece of furniture I picked up took 3 months to arrive! They had told me i was going to receive it in 8 weeks but did not arrive on time! It took 4 more weeks for me to be able to pick up my furniture!!! And to my surprice one of the pieces was not made with the same quality and material as the rest of the furniture I had picked up! It's a hassle. One has to be complaining. Oh! And since the employees are payed by commission IF you're sales person is not available then no one can help you. Not even the store manager because "he does not have access to the sales person sales" I should have listened to the complaints I read online before I shoped there because they are real.
