My experience with this company has been nothing less than horrendous. To begin with, I was given a machine to use in a bar that was unable to adjust for tips. Why would the rep even consider doing this?
I tried many times to get the machine reprogrammed, but they never would help.
I sold my business over 5 months ago and am subleasing the equipment to the new owner. I have had nothing but headaches from this company in trying to do so.
They say one thing one time, and then it is something else the next time. I have done everything they have asked to try to get them off my back, including sending them $85.00 to sublease the equipment. They then finally sent the paperwork, and it was returned, and they now say they never got it.
They are still harassing me for payment. They can repossess the equipment if they want, but they will never get another dime from me, especially when the machine can be taken back and leased to someone else.
