Phony billing ripoff Houston Texas

I received a bill for $25 saying that I owed money to Telecheck for an nonsufficent funds check. It doesn't state who I wrote the check to or what the amount was, when I wrote it or which account I wrote it on.

I feel this is a ripoff attempt by this company.
