Ripoff, I was to send them $37.00-$43.00, sent $43.00 for Priority Mail rip-off Califonia

I received a letter in the mail from Signature Credit Corporation stating that I was pre-approved for a: Classic Advantage Card with a credit line of 10,000.00

The interest rate is: 0%APR first year, 5.9%APR thereafter. I was to respond by May 28. I sent it out May 13th.

The letter had an approval code on it as follows-371-027-013736-5511-01 and was signed by an Aaron Spencer-Director of new accounts.

At the very bottom in bold letters it states-No application or credit check necessary when you send your payment with the certi - ficate below, (which I did so.)
