Fraudulent deceptive misleading promotions ripoff

I recieved a "credit card approval notification" from Signature Credit Corporation that guaranteed a $10,000 credit limit without a credit check... Immediately a flag went up because my credit is currently unhealthy.

By sending $37 to them, I would recieve a "classic advantage card" with 0% APR the first year and 5.9% thereaftthe er... This company included no phone number to call, so I immediately searched the web and was surprised to see the RIP OFF banner which prompted me to send in this report as well.
