I ordered a 30 "free sample" of Avlimil from this company. They asked for a credit card for shipping charges. The next month, I received an unauthorized shipment of Avlimil in the mail and $70.00 was deducted from my checking account using my debit card number. I called Customer Care and spoke with "Alicia" a very rude person. She informed me that the only way I could get a refund was to submit a dr's statement. This is fraudulent business practices. They trick you into giving your info for shipping and handling, then use your acct. Number to deduct money for unauthorized purchases.
