I've also been targeted by these con artists who make a living filing bogus lawsuits with bogus affidavits of service and then collecting on the default judgments they obtain fraudulently.
There is some really great news though - thanks to the numerous complaints and fighting back on the part of their many victims, Liberty Property Damage and their principal Bert Martinez have been sued by the Arizona State Bar for the unauthorized practice of law, seeking damages as well as an injunction barring them from filing any more lawsuits and staying all lawsuits that have already been filed by these thieves. The case # is CV007114 in the Maricopa County Superior Court in Phoenix.
