Innovative Investors perports to offer real estate investment courses that differ from other instruction in that the company actively partners with the student to help insure success. Courses range in price from $295 all the way up to $20,000. Of course, Innovative Investors takes 50% of the profits on deals they do with students until such time as the studenst feel comfortable enought to go out on their own.
The company claims to have investments in the New York, New England area, Texas, Colorado, and California. If this is such a well conceived opportunity for want to be real estate investors, why the listing on complaint?
I was employed by Innovative Investors to sell their programs in the San Francisco Bay Area. I have a judgement against the President (dated 8/29) for non payment of commissions. Beware would be investors! If this company did not pay those that worked for it, what makes you belive they'll pay you when the time comes?
