What he fails to mention in his bio on his website www.focalpointventures.com is that he has never raised more that $5MM and that his first venture company was a complete failure and his Real Estate Fund is in shambles. His track record is not proven and his personal beliefs interfere with his responsibilities as a manager of investment funds.
Mr. Neimann sells out his partners and the people around him for his own financial gain. When things around him get shaky he hides behind his attorney and now partner Charles "Chip" Muscarello. There is conflict with the way he conducts business, documentation and his fiduciary duties to his investors.investors are better off finding qualified professionals to handle any type of venture or real estate investments they make.
