I am also one of the many people who lost tens of thousands of dollars in a few different "innovative investments". It was my understanding that Rod was a liscensed broker... I was wrong. I had a phone conversation with the SIPC about the matter and they do not have any record of Rod Rieman or Innovative. My wife had a conversation with Rod this week, and he is still indicating that monies are on there way back to the investors.
I hope that somehow this all works out, but it seems unlikely that this will.
