Credits from Charter College DO NOT get accepted at REAL colleges like state colleges and community colleges

So when I was interested in going to college, and I received a flier from Charter college. I went on a tour, and it sounded good. Shorter time to complete, credits are transferable, and just sounded good, with low student to teacher ratios.
So I was then taken to an enrollment counselor, I forgot her name, but they pretty much sweet talked me into signing the loan papers and telling me that they were nationally accredited and any community and state college would accept my credits.

Well, I did 3 quarters and I needed to move to Washington. I went to a community college, and gave them my transcripts so that I don't have to start over. They told me that they cannot accept credits from this type of college, because its NOT nationally accredited. I then shot an email to Micheal Reeves and Director of admissions, Vicki Bruske. She replied saying that per enrollment agreement, they openly said NOT all will accept it, yet I was told quickly that "all it says there is any college will accept your credits". I was not told that, I was young, and didn't know to actually read it myself instead of taking peoples words.

So now I'm stuck with 15k, YES, 15k, for only 3 quarters of college that I attended. BTW, all the teachers there graduated from Charter College. Apparently they weren't able to get hired at real colleges, and real teachers do not want to work there. If anybody can help me anyway, whether to file a class action lawsuit, or a lawyer familiar with this kinf of stuff, let me know.
