For all of you fellow marketers and investors, who also fell prey to this SCAM, are by now fully aware that you have been ripped-off by an illegal and fraudulant (per FTC) organization that has NO intentions of following through on their "business" deal as per the agreement we signed and appear to have no RECOURSE to getting a refund of the monies stolen from you by them, hopefully have come to the proper conclusion by now.
I am instigating a large, and I do mean LARGE Class Action Lawsuit against these people. The more of you who join in this, the better our chances of settlement are! I don't know about all of you, but this entire mess has put me on antidepressants, at the point of filing bankruptcy, and cost me money in many more ways than just the original sum invested.
IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT RECOVERING YOUR OWN LOSSES PLUS POSSIBLE PUNITIVE DAMAGES, please, post a consumer complaints! [When filing your Report, be sure to use your correct contact info. Be sure to report, amounts lost, any named person whom you have talked with at one or both of these companies, dates of transactions, and any (IF ANY) money they have paid to you!? ] I doubt there will be any of those! KEEP ALL RECORDS!
Please file a consumer complaints and then we will make arrangements to have Rip-off Reprot to have you contact our attorney. The quicker I am able to show this Tort Attorney the magnitude of rhis scam, the quicker he will file the suit and begin contacting you each through his staff or himself to verify your interest. His fees will be based solely on a percehtage of the settlement amount. I WILL NOT receive a dime more than any of you as per your amount of losses! Just my PERSONAL losses!
