Fellow victims of the NADN/Oryan scam, today, after reading your many reports last night, we've called NADN and advised them that they were to return our tax package, I had been in contact with the IRS and advised that the deductions, purported by NADN, were not allowable.
Further, that they couldn't file our return without our signature and we weren't going to use their service. That we were filing our own tax return with guidance of the IRS. Also, we've been in cantact with the Nevada, California and Florida Attorney Generals, expressing our individual situation.
In talking to the IRS, I was referred to their Investigative Unit in Jacksonville, Fl, a message was left and they will be returning my call. As has been said by several, we need to band together, share our experiences and jointly file complaints with the Nevada, California and Auditor General of the state you live in.
Also, each of you should contact IRS and be referred to your area Investigative Unit to apprise them of what NADN & Oryan are doing. Unfortunately, this is big business and they have "high paid attorneys", they will manipulate the system to there advantage unless we stand together and demand an end to this blatant, scamming of hard working, individuals looking for ways to get ahead in our society.
