I also was ripped off by MO2* galleria Usa 888-2563076 Ct and MO2* privacy plus 8775005774 Ct.
I am currently on active duty in the military and find it hard to keep up.
I noticed that each company charged me 14.95. So I called them and they said that they would credit it back to me. So I waited a few days and they did. Then when I got home I looked at my past statements and found out that they have been charging me since July for galleria and Jan for the privacy plus. So I called them back and they said they would only credit me back for 1 more month and that's it.
So I called my credit card company and they are sending me some forms to claim fraud charges. Now I have to wait to get the forms from my credit card company and wait and see if the galleria and privacy plus actually follows threw with what they said.
Also I have no idea that my credit card company will even follow threw with this. So now that they are checking into the fraud charge, they have canceled my account and have issued me a new account. Now I have no credit card until the new one arrives.
It's wrong that they can do this.
