Back in September I tried to order a backpack for my daughter. I never received my order. Weeks went by and I finally was told the item I had ordered was not available. This was done through e bags.com.
I finally balanced my checking accont this month finding I had been charged $7 a month in checking account by using my bank card to purchase the back pack. I never gave authorization to any one to sign me up for a Reservation Reward program. I never received anything in the mail about the program. I never even heard about WLI.
I called WLI they did say they we refund my money. I hope they hold true to their promise. I also called e bags they first told me they didn't know what WLI was. As we talked his story changed. I was told I would have had to click on a link and fill out information. I never did anything to agree to this. Who is responsible - WLI or e bags?
