WLI Reservation Reward ripoff either priceline.com or this company should be responsible for such scam

This company charge me 7.00 per month for its membership. However, I certainly never visit their website and never being asked whether I would like to join their reward program. This company claims I have agreed to purchase their membership through priceline.com. So, either priceline.com or this company should be responsible for such scam. File FBI internet fraud report!
