I have been charged by MWI*Galleria USA, MWI*Business MAX and WLI Reservationrewards 9.95 a month each for 6 months now. My credit card company doesnt seem to know anything about this and allows them to keep charging me. I have called over and over and I keep getting some voice mail that asks me to put in my membership number or home phone. I dont have a membership number because I am NOT a member! I dont want to give them my home phone because I dont know who they are? One time I actually got a live person and they said they would cancel my membership and that it had been a mistake. I did not recieve a refund but another charge again and again. I dont know what to do. I have filed a dipute with my credit card company what next?
Each company has a phone number and CT after it. I initially mistook Businessmax as officemax which I shop at often so I let it go. I hope others dont do the same.
