Ripoff DISHONEST FRAUDULENT BILLING The amount of time I spent on hold alone wanting to cancel, I lost a lot more than $75

To start the trial membership was $1.00. I tried it out, and didnt like it. The next day I tried to call and cancel my subscription, as the online instuctions told. I spent 2 hours that day on hold, with not even a response from this company (just music & a message). Then I tried the next day and was only willing to spend 30 min on the phone. No luck for a week.

I tried to in form them on line that I was not able to contact them and would like to cancel my service immediately and left them my number. The response was to call the same number (seemed to be automated, not sure).

At this point I began to receive charges for 24.95 on my credit card. So I wrote a letter, and also still tried the phone number listed following all instructions. No response.

After being charged about $75 I contacted my bank turned off my card. I hope no one else has to go through this. The amount of time I spent on hold alone, lost a lot more than $75.
