I subscribed to the IXL.com math website for my little daughter in October. Subsequently I cancelled the service and asked a return of the unused portion of the subscription fee.
Upon my request IXL.com refused to refund claiming that I signed for the full year.
It appears that IXL.com is more interested in grabbing fees, than building a loyal clientele.
Beware of this company. They have very unfriendly attitude to their clients.
