College Refuses to give me my financial aid money and this is the second time

I have been attending the University of Phoenix since September and at first things were going well. Well, lately things have gotten worse. Back in November I was supposed to get a disbusement, but was told because my courses were changed it was going to be delayed. I was upset because I never changed my courses and both my courses started the same week (there was no overlap like I was told there was). Then I was told that I was supposed to get my money no later than the 14th of February, but the money has not gone into my bank account. Now I am being told that there was a ticket opened on the 8th of February and it will take a while longer for this to be looked into. I keep getting the runaround and am tired of it. I called my financial advisor this morning and had to leave a voice mail message (of course he never got back to me). I then when over my advisor and spoke to a supervisor who was not helpful either. The supervisor told me that it will be at least a few more weeks before I receive my money. My wife is unable to find work and I am only working part-time and we use this money to help pay for some of our necessites such as heat and the Internet. This is a very shady company who does not know what they are doing. My academic advisor was changed back in December and I was not notified until I had looked to see what my next two courses were. I had selected the courses I wanted to take, but I was given different courses instead. I had also specified that I did not Math and a Technology course in the same block because both of these courses are my weakest subjects, but I was enrolled in these two courses anyway. I have spent many sleepless nights doing homework for both clases which is affecting my health. I am doing well in my courses and carry a 3.5 GPA so I know that my grades are not the cause of me being cut off of financial aid (one needs a minimum of a 2.0 to stay eligible and anything under a 2.0 gets dropped). I hope that anybody who is thinking about attending the UNiversity of Phoenix may want to seriously reconsider because they rip people off and make a lot of empty promises that they do not keep. I am in the process of looking for a better University where the people are honest and take the time to care about their students.
