Just found out that even their Speed Pay system is corrupt, it appears if you use it they still apply the payment at their will and leisure (although you pay for it). Have had numerous payments reported 30 days late although they were not (if you make a payment on the last day, unlike a reputable bank that applies deposits prior to taking debits, they take the debit first and apply the credit later at their leisure) and there is no warning that this may and will happen, their CSA will tell you it will not!!!
