I've been looking to get your hands on the phone call centre for 3 months today. I've been on-hold all night at the same time. But my phone has nevertheless not dealt with. I got your hands on somebody in the hq in cape town, called Clayton. Following the switchboard operator only at that quantity put me on-hold for excessively lengthy amounts of time 021 417 6700 her name is Friend. She'll not allow u understand the individual isn't ready to consider the phone call rather she'll spot you on-hold over and over hearing that gruesome music for good. Let's not extend how rude she's. Clayton delivered my call encouraging to obtain in touch again and following a week and numerous communications left with Friend no body delivered my phone.
I've attempted to talk to the next people for many help considering I settled all my cash and obtain no support with no solution simply keep music. Zanelle, Theo, Clayton and somebody called Laqaan. Remaining communications NO BODY CALLS. Callcenter doesn't reply. Not really to talk about there HQ. The woman in the switchboard places the telephone along inside your hearing and usually places you back on-hold. This can be a shame. Easily understood this I'd secure myself the stress. Don't examine together!!!
