I haven't actually been ripped off yet but almost. I received a flyer in the mail saying, "no doubt about it, you are qualified for a $5,000.00 credit limit. Well normally i throw these things away with a quick glance or two, but this one caught my eye. It said no annual fee, 5000 credit limit, 0% apr for the first 12 months, and only 6% after that. "sounds too good to be true" friends said. So i checked in to it a little more. Sure enough it was a credit limit for thier stuff and only thier stuff and it was way over priced too. So don't fall victim to this "almost" too sly trick.
