Kurv Studios LLC., or otherwise known as Wes Beckwith and Ashley Beckwith as well as spinquad.com, and XYZ Entertainment, has ripped off several of the artists and continues to do so to this day, refusing to pay for royalties of products produced by these artists, and sold by kurv studios.in several cases, these royalties due go back years and years. Kurv Studios wishes to not pay these artists for the product sold by kurv for obvious reasons. Kurv Studios spent the money and is now trying to weasel their way out of paying the money rightfully due to these artists (who have now moved on)!
Do not by any products from Kurv Studios. It's pretty much a guarantee that the money from any of the videos sales will be falsely reported on royalty statements even if those artists that continue to remain with kurv or join up with them see a dime anyway.
If you are an artist and considering to do business with kurv. DON'T! You will regret it greatly.
Mr. Beckwith is a thief, a liar and Kurv Studios is operated as a ponzi scheme. He burns one artist to pay the next one and then moves down the line leaving them all owed money. When you ask to be paid, even if he promises a date to pay you, he will delay and delay and then stop responding altogether. If you threaten to complain, he tries to get you to sign an NDA saying you can't talk about kurv studios at all. He will hang this over you to try and get you to stay quiet about how he operates his business with his wife, ashley beckwith - black mailing you or threatening repercussions should you talk, all in exchange for the false promise of getting paid money he owes you.

This is not a stable person. We believe him to a liar and delusional.in his little world he can do nothing wrong. He will threaten to black list you in the industry or use business or entertainment industry contacts you provide him in good faith to later use against you. He will do this to avoid at any and all costs paying you your royalties. He will spread lies, pretend to hire lawyers who will pretend to cost money against your royalties statements deducting monies owed to you. He will call up your former employers and poor honey in their ear just make a quick buck or make you look bad. He will post threats under aliases on other websites in the industry and get others to do the same and then bash you.
But it changes nothing. This company has been doing this since day one of it being in business and its time for it to go out of business!

Even if you do, its unlikely you will see your purchase on time, as described, intact or pay the price you thought you were paying without some catch.
