First of all& I just found out that i have an outstanding balance of $8,670 that needs to be paid before getting my diploma in 2 weeks. I was never told that i had to pay this, nor was i told that my account documents were not submitted in time... NO email, NO phone call, NO snail mail... Nothing... I am furious and am looking towards a lawsuit... I have a few students in the same situation... What is wrong with kaplan??? Dishonest!!!
