My son attended ITT Tech for a very short time, but they charged him for the whole semester (he was there less than one semester). He called them and asked for a refund, and they basically told him, "too bad, so sad"... The money has already been spent. He then called Sallie Mae as thats where the loan was through and they said there was nothing they could do. So he is stuck paying tuition for a school he never attended, and there is no one to help. These were tax dollars, so why doesn't Sallie Mae get involved.
