I enrolled into University of Phoenix. I took algebra 1 and flunked the class. My academic advisor was not available for me to drop the class. He was out of the office for 10 days. I called and reached him day one of algebra 2 and told him I needed to drop algebra 2 because I flunked algebra 1. The advisor refused to drop me from algebra 2. He stated I was already enrolled in the class and that I needed to pass the class. The school then charged me $1400. For a class that I was not able to drop, nor able to pass.
