This company - run solely by Jonas Brown who also goes by several aliases, and who also appears to work full-time for Ford - created this "business" by employing freelancers from Elance to design and improve his website, then never paid for any of the services.
In my case, he has implemented and enjoyed a marketing critique I provided to him, and forged a proof of payment to get it.
The Elance investigations team have been trying to rectify the matter, but their last email to me said "We apologize however the buyer has numerous outstanding issues with other service providers. We requested that he clear up all outstanding issues/payments first. The buyer can still submit payment to you but not through Elance. Please contact the buyer and request payment outside of Elance since the buyer's account is suspended at this time."
And, for a guy who runs with lies and forged documents, it isn't suprising that he's not replying to any emails.
I am beginning a process now to shed light on this foul behaviour, in an effort to rectify the situation and warn that his customers may be ripped off in the same manner. I will also be keeping an eye on future aliases and businesses set up by this man so that they can be reported if necessary.
