I didn't realize that there was so much negative information about the Learning Annex. I have purchased from them many times and have never had an issue. I have always found them to have top customer service. This is in fact the first time I actually am requesting a refund on a purchase I made. I attended the Internet expo in March 14 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel on 42nd Street.
