Attended the Learning Annex realestate seminar in Atlanta on May 6. After standing in two long lines for nearly one hour to get into classes, the lines were cut off. I returned to customer service to complain, they stated that they could not guarantee me getting into any classes dues to the amount of participants attending the event. They stated, that I would return the following day, however refused provide a written or verbal guarantee for class attendance. They stated, " the getting into classes would be the luck of the draw", due to the number of attendees. Upon registration for this event, no dislaimer was provided regarding the possibility that some classes may not be available for all attendees due to overbooking or popularity of the class. After requesting a refund, the customer service agent took back the tickets, and stated that I needed to e-mail Learning ANNEX regarding my refund. After sending two e-mail, I have yet to receive a response from The Learning Annex.
