On aug 22 i recieved and email from ascentive that i was up for renewal sept 4th. On that email was a link to update my credit card etc. I used that link and took my credit card off file so that it would not be used as i did not want a renewal for something i have not had on computer for months and months. I tried active speed and found that it was useless.
Tyhen on sept 4th i get an email that my account is charged. I have emailed them that i feel this is faud charging a credit card that was taken off the account prior to renewal date. Told them over nad over, emailed them over and over. All i get is autmated answers but not one real answer within 36 hours as i see they state in other of these complaints. I want the full $39.95 returned to my account ASAP.
Having to go to all this just to get money back that was not to be charged anyway is bull *.
And try calling them you g et autmated phone messages to go to web site for supposrt that isnt there either.
This company is truly a rip off.
I am ready to take this to the attorney general of my state for a solution maybe they can stop the fraud!!!
