Ripoff don't give them your credit card #! Unauthorized charges, will not take returns

Product not as expected — at all. A big waste. Customer Service is unbelievably rude (not to mention the time you have to hold to speak with someone). They will not take back the product. They charged our credit card for "monthly internet service" and will not take it off. We cannot believe that Alex Trebek would represent such a product! Horrible horrible
