Wrote 9 or 10 poems and they were all supposed to be published in one book. Had 2 friends' whose poems were supposed to be in the same book. Paid $57. For book! Received book with only one of my poems in it... My suspision is they have a set of poems they send to everyone and if you buy the book, they include a separate page with your poem on it! It's a real rip off! They promise a prompt refund... I called them and they were very unwilling to help and refused to let me talk to a manager or supervisor. They only transferred me to an answering machine! Beware of this evil company!!! All I want is my money back!
