I visited MedVance and completely likely to look for a place. I'd two decades of the company administration history and was informed again and again;
"You'll look for a placement quickly due to your expertise".
The things they don't let you know is: 90% of the centers and hospitals need atleast annually of expertise which you will find 100is of others seeking exactly the same placement and you'll not look for a placement for weeks perhaps decades or never.
They let you know they'll help discover you a situation, they delivered me one starting (in 4 weeks) that we didn't get due to "1-year experience need". They let you know to use anyhow!!! Why, you simply create the HR person angry for losing their time.
I've sent 200 resumes and only 3 interviews which someone else got the positioning since... They'd the knowledge.
They employ illegal hiring methods and need their sales team to complete whatever it requires to obtain a register. I've been informed this with a former worker.
They allow people cheat since when they move they college proceeds to get resources.
