Dear Sir's
My wife and I attended one of your school in September and finishing in the course in October.
While we were there my wife and I made a lot of wonderful new friendships with students and teachers, who we still keep in close contact with.
I want to say that the staff there were very good at what they were teaching and were very strong in there knowledge and in there method of teaching.
I did have several issues with one teacher called Russ who threatened my life these threats were made in front of several instructors and students.
I did have a problem with this and had to take my own means to protect my self on a daily basis as I did not know what this individual was capable of.
(The threats that this individual made were done in front of several other instructors and students who were very concerned for my self and safety as they all felt this individual was a very unstable person)
I did discuss this with Mike the manager and with Dale who was are rep in Florida because Mike was away on holiday and Dale was hard to reach.
Mike said not to contact your self about this and he would look into the incident,
he never got back to me about this matter.
While we were at the school my wife and self were told that she had a company that was going to hire the both of us together, we just had to provide the past 5 years of are taxes, we spent a lot of time on the phone and were able to get these and gave them to Cynthia.
After we had completed the school, we returned home and my wife and self contacted the supposed truck company's that Cynthia had supposedly contacted and we were shocked to find out that none of the company's that Cynthia had not contacted any of the company's she said she had contacted.
I was lied to by Dale and Cynthia as they told Laura my wife and self that I was unable to be hired, we later found this to be completely false as company's would hire you if you had 2 or even 3 tickets on your driving license.
We paid a lot of money to do your course and were promised to be able to get hired and that Cynthia would always be there to be able to get us hired when we might need.
It is very strange how there was only one student out of about 15 who went through are class and even got a offer from any other company.
It seems as if your company does not work for any person at all unless they have received some sort financial support from your company your staff and company will not get any person a job.
As I can see it and many other students can see it your company staff have committed fraud in the contract we signed, in the way of being guaranteed to find and get us placed into a position with a trucking company.
Your company has also committed actions in taking money from social services guaranteeing to get there trainees jobs but them not even getting one offer
I find it so hard to understand why your company has Mike a manager for this office and representative for your company as in the weeks my wife and self attended your school Mike did not seem to do anything but sit in one of your staff members office all day until lunch and then he would take her to lunch for 2 hours and then would return for a couple of hours and then leave for the day.
There is a staff member at this school call Ed Goodwin this Gentleman would take more interest in the students and the running of your school, he would do the work of Mike and a dozen other men.
All of the teachers even the staff member who threatened my life were all extremely excellent teachers but when other teachers would come to a student and warn them of a life threatening threat against my self or a student, this crosses the line.
My wife and I have now collected more than 30 letters about the back office (MIKE, CYNTHIA, AND 3 OTHERS) these letters go into how you promise people from social services jobs you get the money from the Government and do not get them a job.
You also receive from 5 to 7 thousand dollars from people who pre pay and do not even attempt to find them work at all.
This is Fraud!!!
My wife and I attended your school in good faith and the only truthful thing that came out of are recruiters mouth was the amount we had to pay and did so and also the time and date were we were supposed to show up.
I am asking for 50% of my fees back and 50% of my wife's fees back and if this cannot be done respectably and with good faith and honesty with your firm my wife and I will be forced to take are next steps with legal action and discussing these matters with the social services department and the press and submitting a complaint to the district attorneys office in Florida and Texas.
I do not want to finish this letter without praising Ed Goodwin (WHO SHOULD BE THE MANAGER OF YOUR SCHOOL HE IS AT LEAST HONEST AND A HARD WORKER AND KNOWS HIS WORK AND PUTS IN TRIPLE TIME)
But I cannot just give Ed credit you have Shawn Rebecca Mosses who is in are prayers as he was ill when we finished there was Ray but I understand he does not work with your company but we speak almost dally Robert was a good instructor but while we were driving we had to keep on nudging him so he would not fall a sleep.
I have to also say if your company did not have the computer e-treads we would probably have found it even more difficult to pass
