I returned the package from where it came from CA, as I was not instructed otherwise within 5 days of receiving it... There is a membership fee also, that was canceled too. The company never issued my credit for 997.00 for the program 197.00 for membership, and 97.00 I don't know for what. I kept calling James at720.204.3385, with no response, then I call the number on the charge statement in which it is Brad Wonzy voice mail @970.3240683and it's always full. I written E-mails only to get back e-mail's which had nothing to do with my problem, finally on one of the e-mails there was a 800 # so I called and spoke to Rose, which she told me that James will not speak to me, that I am not entitle to my money back because I did not have an Rma.
