Cydcor and other affiliated companies (Apex Marketing and Promotions, Inc. For example) use immoral business tactics to manipulate and exploit their employees/sales force. With promises of financial freedom, independence, and executive control they retain a door to door sales force who are improperly compensated but whose 70 hr work weeks support the manager financially.

The "program" is designed to mass produce top level managers to run these independently owned and operated sales offices. What it in fact produces is a group of "leaders" who promote and celebrate the notion of future success in the company; but at what cost?

Leaders are forced to disregard personal morality, honesty, and integrity in order to sustain the fragile infrastucture (that their very "opportunity" hinges upon.) This necessity to neglect any sort of moral standards is representative of the company as a whole. Through every phase of "development" there are things you are told, and things that are kept hidden from you.

I know because I was in the business for months and lived with several different "owners" personally. This afforded me an honest insight into the dishonesty and secrecy that were a part of the everyday practices of these organizations. People are ridiculed in front of their colleagues, degraded, and mentally broken while being held back (due to personal resentment) by the very person who always promoted the "performance based" nature of this company.

My manager had a plan, he had goals! If the performance of the leaders did not reflect what HE wanted them to then he dictated results. For example, he knew who he wanted to be his first outside deal, so regardless of what should have happened in a performance based environment the perspective outside deal was always given more/higher quality opportunities than were the people who actually worked to deserve them.

In a business where what is promised is not always reflected in behavior/actions there can be no trust in the "system" so naturally integrity, honesty, and morality are flushed down the toilet. What develops is an office full of puppets controlled by another puppet controlled by an entire organization (Cydcor) that promises one thing and does another, no matter what the cost.

I followed the 5's 8's and 4's until I realized that all I was doing was promoting and teaching things that I don't believe in and spreading bad business to people who didn't know any better.

If you are considering entering the wonderful world of Cydcor and what you want is to run a corrupt deceitful and manipulative company... Juice by you! But if you have real goals and aspirations and one of them is to maintain any shred of human decency... Shoveling rhino shit for less than minumum wage would be better than working for Cydcor/Innovage/Granton Marketing.
