My wife went to an expo and seminar in 2008 and paid the $20 with our bank debit's card. I usually check my monthly statement but it was just today that I saw this $39.99 for LIMEING LLC-LEARNG NEW YORK.
I called the number listed and it was for the learning annex. I verified my payment history and found out that they have been charging us every month since APRIL! Of this year $39.99.
I called to complaint and the attendant said we had authorized this charge to access mylearningannex.com. How is that if we did so it was months after the seminar? Well they stole our money. I cancelled the never-used subscription (my wife never got an e-mail from them), but we lost $360. NEVER EVER give the leraning annex your card number. USE CASH!!! They'll rip you off!!!
