Will not refund my money for a returned shirt...
I purchased a hawaiian shirt from these people. It was a very nice shirt, but we did not care for the material. I promptly returned it, insured and with a delivery confirmation. They received the shirt on 6/30. Here it's 7/21 and I still have not seen any money or credit on my account. I spoke with the owner Amy on 7/9 when she promised to credit my account that Friday.
I have made repeated calls, left messages, and sent E-mails with copies of the receipts and never got a reply from her or anyone. Now everytime I call her employees tell me she is not in, and she is the only one that takes care of the refunds/credits. This is week # four and Amy is still avoiding me, but I refuse to go away and let her make a profit off of her customers.
