Billed ground-student rate for online credit hours

I should have been billed $415.00 per credit hour as an online student, but I was billed $687.50 as a ground student, and I have never taken a class on the ground from the beginning. On day 2, I contacted Laricia Nelson from enrollment, Tim Jones, Erica Aguirre and Mwooden. I am contacting the BBB, the President of the University, Kathy Player, and Brian Mueller, CEO of Grand Canyon University. I have gone to the university several times, with no answer on the phone, no email returns, nothing.
