This university is a ripp off. They claim they are a Christian University. Everything seems to check out at first.
I began in July. I did not get my financial aid until my first class was over. I thought it was a one time mistake. They recieved my government funds for fall the first week of November. I spoke to them on the phone several times during this period. They took the money but did not post it to my account and they keep sending emails that I need to pay my tuition. I might have thought this was a mistake had they not claimed they made an error posting my summer aid and charged me 900 and some dollars. I checked and there was not a mistake. They are just ripp off artists.
As for the classes, I question the whole thing because I have never attended a college that did not require students to take tests.
Needless to say I won't be taking anymore courses there. I live in PA and was stupid for not just using a college here. I'm planning on transferring to Penn State because I know they are real. If Grand Canyon continues trying to scam me I'll be hiring an attorney and going after them.
Don't get sucked in my Grand Canyon University. They are a ripp off.
