Ripoff-cashed my check, sent no product NY

My grandmother sent a check to J.D. Marvel Products hoping to recieve a pair of cheap hearing aids. Her banking statememts show that J.D. Marvel Products cashed this check on 6/18/02. It is now almost two months later and still no sign of a product
