Upon my instruction with Stevens Transportation errors were produced by working out division and that I needed to take the duty for somebody elses insufficient performing their work. To create up due to their error I had been paid by a rise in coaching pay. Today it has occurred again also it was mentioned in my experience "I understand this isn't your problem" (2nd coach never submitted record card as required by instruction security manager). And yet again it drops upon my shoulders to take responsibility of someones negligence. This isn't the right way to complete business.
